  been ringing and ringing and they just hang up on me 8 times in a row .22/8/17...from 1.15pm till 2.10 pm, l give up, sad hey.......rude customer service is some what to be desired............manager need to get them trained up , as some of the female staff dont want to be there , it shows...sorry just sharing the truth with compassion...

  but staff are always so very helpful and deal well under the pressure they are under. book a appointment, call the store. the sales lady did a good work over on my bill and saved me so much money!! Thank you

  Phoned and made an appointment. After waiting 10 minutes I was told there would be a substantial wait. I said I made an appointment. The very rude staffer told me firmly that I had not made an appointment - all I had done to was to put my name down for a queue! Go online - much friendlier and more efficient.

  Can't say enough, pleasure to shop there. Very friendly and helpful. Would go again.
