  The store was fine in a nice part of the world. Only 4 because they forgot my order then i had to wait. But hey everyone makes mistakes.

  Slack counter service...cold coffee.staff standing on table and chains so good workplace stds.....finally relized that this is the worst shop in qld....love to hear grom owners

  This place needs the food health department to go through this place. I only go here because my kids want to play in the playground so have been numerous times and every single time it is the worst ever food, worse service staff never smile, food all other the floor, toilets are dirty, the whole place needs a scrub. Food takes forever, waited 30 minutes for 3 soft serves. Have had meals with items missing. I just wish the owner could take the reviews on board and make it a pleasant place to eat at and enjoy.

  Food was ok. Feel sorry for the kids working there. The duty manager, Lindsay, was barking orders and yelling at the kids in front of the customers . I could even hear her when I was in the bathroom. Poor girl making my coffee was nearly in tears. NOT at all professional behaviour. Last thing you want to hear is someone on a power trip belittling her staff in front of the customers.
